SAMSUNG CB-21M17ML DEAD AND “NOISY”

Check safety capacitor compared to the others are still ok, check nearby capacitor still around horizontally with 274/400V value also ok. FBT suspect that not right ya ..

Try to borrow another FBT by wearing several pairs of wires outside the PCB FBT. KOP anode tip is inserted in an empty glass and dried. Can be normal flame.
